1930's
The first Pilot Point Football team was organized in 1931 under the coaching direction of Bill O'Neil. O'Neil served as head coach until 1935. Following O'Neil was W.Y. Stanford who coached 1936-1937. Pete Stout then lead the team to a Conference Championship. During this time the team was not playing under U.I.L. rules. This affiliation did not take place until 1939.
