Bearcats roll Paradise in Homecoming romp

The Pilot Point Bearcats had two scores to settle, and they accomplished them at the same time last Friday with a 41-20 win over the Paradise Panthers at Massey Stadium.
Last year, the Cats had a rare Homecoming loss to Lake Worth and then fell to the Panthers two weeks later on the road.
This year's Homecoming was indeed "Paradise" for the Bearcats, who were led by Jarman Johnson's three big-play touchdowns. He scored on a long run, a longer pass reception and an even longer kickoff return.
Pilot Point, which improved to 2-1 on the season, led by two touchdowns at the half and broke open the game with a 14-0 run in the third quarter to defeat the Panthers, who dropped to 2-2.
